Human Resource Management, MHRM

The MHRM degree provides comprehensive preparation for careers in human resources. Students learn organizational and legal considerations, as well as evolving techniques and strategies to build skilled, talented, and high performing teams to achieve workplace goals. Students who wish to gain broader business knowledge may instead wish to complete the MBA or the Master of Organizational Leadership degree and then use the five elective slots in either degree to earn the Certificate in Human Resource Management.

Admission Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

  • Completed application, essay, and current resume

  • Two completed recommendations

  • Official transcripts from all colleges attended

  • No GMAT or GRE required if cumulative GPA is above 3.0. Also waived if applicant has a graduate degree from an accredited institution or completes their first 5 SBNM courses with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Delivery Method

Online, with the possibility that some electives may be available at the University Center facility in Grayslake.
