Admission Requirements

Completion of required courses that serve as prerequisites for entry into the Teacher Education Program

An overall GPA of 2.75 or higher

Completion of SIUC Admissions application and Teacher Education Program application by April 1st.
Delivery Method
A cohort of 12-25 students moves through the four-semester program together. Cohorts begin in the fall semester. Course work within each semester is integrated to give students a more holistic experience with the content and practical applications of the material.
