The Technology and Media Services of the Conference Center are state-of-the-art and easy to use, setting the Center apart from other venues. Every meeting space is equipped with integrated technology and projection systems at no additional cost. Free wireless Internet access is available throughout the facility and technical support staff is available onsite.

Our small to medium-sized web rooms are each additionally equipped with a high-definition Vaddio EasyIP 10 camera and a discreet hanging ceiling microphone to ensure exceptional video and audio quality for every virtual meeting. This setup provides seamless, hands-free connectivity, ideal for remote collaboration, virtual presentations, and video conferencing. The built-in camera captures clear, wide-angle views, while the ceiling mic picks up voices throughout the room, delivering an engaging and professional meeting experience for all participants. Perfect for small teams looking for a reliable, easy-to-use meeting space.

Meeting Owl cameras by Owl Labs are 360° smart conferencing cameras designed for hybrid meetings. They capture a panoramic view of the room and use automatic speaker tracking to focus on the active speaker, creating an engaging, in-person experience for remote attendees. With intelligent zoom and a built-in microphone array that captures audio within an 18-foot radius, Meeting Owls deliver clear video and sound, adjusting dynamically to keep all participants visible and heard. Their plug-and-play setup works seamlessly with popular video conferencing platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet.
