Kim Kreml named CSM of the Year
Kim Kreml was named Conference Services Manager of the Year (Convention Center category) by the Association for Conference Operations Management and Successful Meetings magazine at ACOM’s 2010 annual meeting in Dallas. Nominators cited Kim’s attention to detail, her willingness to accommodate last-minute requests, and her creative solutions (such as using interactive video to bring in a speaker who had to cancel travel plans abruptly).
